Libya: eastern authorities announce reconstruction conference in Derna
Libya’s flood-devastated port city of Derna will host an international conference on Oct. 10 to aid reconstruction efforts, authorities in the east of the divided country said Friday (Sep. 22). The spokesperson for the Libyan national army leader also reacted to protests organized in Derna.
